About Fiona
Executive & Leadership Coach · ICF & EMCC Certified
Hi, I’m Fiona—and I’m glad you’re here.
I partner with senior leaders, executives, and high-potential professionals who want to think clearly, decide with conviction, and lead with confidence—especially in moments of complexity, transition, or growth.
As a Master Coach with over 3000 hours of coaching experience, I work alongside leaders who are navigating change, stepping into expanded roles, or carrying increased responsibility. My role is to create space for clear thinking, help reduce internal friction, and support leaders in moving forward with steadiness and intent.
My work is grounded in more than 25 years of corporate leadership experience across global organizations. Over the years, I’ve grown and managed talent, led complex client relationships and account portfolios, optimized HR and talent operations, and partnered closely with senior stakeholders across functions and cultures. This lived experience allows me to meet leaders where they are, with a deep understanding of organizational realities and expectations.
I am an ICF and EMCC Certified Coach, with expertise in leadership and executive assessments (Hogan, Strengths and DISC). My approach is practical, reflective, and experience-led-focused on strengthening judgment, perspective, and how leaders show up over time.
Alongside my coaching work, I stay grounded and creative through travel, reading, graphology, energy studies, and art. Having travelled to over 45 countries—and lived and worked in three—I bring a deep appreciation for culture, perspective, and the many ways people make meaning of their lives and work.
I am deeply rooted in family, and being a wife, mother to two teenagers, and a devoted pet parent—roles that continue to shape how I think about responsibility, balance, and what sustainable leadership really looks like, especially for women navigating demanding careers alongside full lives.
As a master practitioner of graphology, I work with adults and young people to support greater self-understanding and growth through the study of handwriting—offering a reflective lens into patterns, strengths, and potential.
Through my Art Foundation, I create, curate, and share art—using creative expression, art-based coaching, and reflective practice to foster insight, connection, and purpose.
A reflective spiritual practice and a strong focus on well-being anchor both my life and my coaching—supporting leaders to lead sustainably, with integrity and intention.

A trusted partnership grounded in real experience, thoughtful dialogue, and clear thinking
